DROPunting Subscription Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a subscription to DROPunting, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Duration: The fixed subscription period for DROPunting runs from 29th February 2024 to 5th December 2024. Subscribers understand that this is a long-term subscription aimed at accumulating wins, and therefore, cancellations are not offered.
2. Access Requirement: All subscribers must have a Facebook account to gain access to the Private DROPunting Group.
3. Confidentiality: By becoming a DROPunting subscriber, users acknowledge that the information shared within the Private DROPunting Facebook Group is confidential.
4. Payment: Payment for the subscription will be automatically debited from the credit card used at the time of subscription purchase. In the event of a declined payment, subscribers have 7 days to provide an alternative payment method. Failure to do so within the specified time frame will result in removal from the DROPunting group.
5. Payment Reminder: Subscribers will receive reminder emails in the event of a failed payment. Retries will be attempted 1 day, 3 days, and 5 days after the missed payment. Direct communication will also be initiated to resolve any payment issues.
6. Group Chat Policy: The group chat within the Private DROPunting Facebook Group is considered a bonus feature aimed at fostering a positive network of individuals assisting each other in achieving success. However, any subscriber found to be disrespecting others within the chat will be promptly removed, and their privilege to participate in the group chat will be revoked permanently. DROPunting.com reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all subscribers.
7. Availability of Terms: These terms and conditions are accessible online at all times and will be emailed to subscribers at the time of purchase to ensure clarity and understanding.
8. Age Requirement: Members using the DROPunting service must be 18 years of age or older.
9. Nature of Service: DROPunting.com does not operate as a bookmaking or wagering site. It solely provides a tipping service and does not offer financial advice.
10. Responsibility and Consequences: Subscribers accept legal responsibility for any breach of these terms and conditions and understand the legal consequences of violating the contract.
11. Amendments: DROPunting.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of its subscription service periodically.
